1. Consulting from the beginning of the die design, with issues like column postions, lifters, scrap management, a.s.o. to avoid possible collisions with the gripper tooling.
2. Design and manufacturing of gripper toolings with help of your die designs in 3D, based on our GILLET G2000 system.
3. Set up of GILLET G2000 gripper tooling on your transfer press.
4. Improving transfer curves: We calculate new transfer strokes and improve them completely.
